What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
Each individual over the age of 18 must show a photo ID to tour an apartment.

Am I required to have renters insurance?
Yes. Renter's insurance is required for every new apartment lease. Minimum coverage amount required is $25,000 in personal liability coverage. You may use our preferred renter's insurance company (visit our Resident Link page for more information), or you may secure coverage with any company you choose. Proof of insurance must be provided upon move-in, listing all residents 18 and over on the policy. Apartment home address and coverage dates must match address and dates on your lease.

What are your fees and monthly charges?
The following fees and monthly charges apply. Charges are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply.
Application & Holding Fees
The following fees are due in full at the time of application and are required in order to reserve an apartment. We will accept payment by personal check, cashiers check, money order, or credit card for all application and holding fees.
Application Fee: $30 per applicant
Security Deposit: Minimum $99 - Maximum first months rent
Holding Fee: $100
Other One Time Fees
Other Fees needed to lease an apartment may include, but are not limited to: Administrative Fees, Amenity Fees, and Refundable and Non-refundable Pet Fees (see Pet information for more details).
Monthly Recurring Charges
We will accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or electronic ACH payments via the self-service Resident Portal.
Are my utilities included in my rent?
You are responsible to pay water, trash, gas and electric Monthly charges vary based on your individual usage. The average cost per month is approximately $115.

What lease terms are available?
3-months up to 18-months.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

What are the income and credit qualifications?
Your monthly income must be equal to or greater than 2.75 times your monthly rent payment.

What happens if I break my lease?
You must pay an early termination fee equal to two months' rent.

A friend would like to stay at my apartment for a month, is this allowed?
Yes, however, they must first submit an application and undergo credit and criminal background screenings before they can be added to your lease.

Do you have any preferred employer discounts?
Yes, the $30 application fee is waived for our preferred employers.

What is the size and layout of your apartment buildings?
Our property features 2 story apartments buildings. Four apartments upstairs and four downstairs. We have a total of 216 apartment homes.

Does the property have a fitness center?
Yes, its open 24 hours for residents use.
Does the property have a hot tub? Yes, seats 8 people.
Does the property have a locker room? Yes, includes showers, lockers, and dressing area.
Does the property have a sauna? Yes, open 24 hours for resident use.
Do you have a community grill and picnic area? Yes, we have a new large gas grill for residents to use and picnic tables.

Does the property have a swimming pool?
Yes, the pool area is equipped with WIFI access.

How many lounge chairs do you have around the pool? Our pool area contains 25 lounge chairs.
How many guests may your residents invite to the pool? We allow 3 guests per resident. If you need to invite more please speak with the office.

We are owned by Associated Estates. Out of the top 10 in our industry Associated Estates is number 3. This means you will be well taken care of after you move in.

Our community features 216 covered carports. Each apartments includes one carport.

We are located on 3 mile between Fuller and Dean Lake Rd. Near the Post Office. Also close to Knapp's Corners.
What is the nearest shopping center or mall in the area? Knapp's Corner, Meijer, Lowes, Minutes from Alpine but not located in a traffic congested area.
What restaurants are in the area? Carino's, Chili's, Panera Bread, El Burrito, Hunan, Applebee's, O'Charlies.

When is my monthly rent payment due?
Monthly rent payment is due by the 1st of each month.

When is my monthly rent payment liable for a late charge?
Late fees are charged on the 3rd at midnight.

Can I email the office if I need a repair in my apartment?
Yes, you may submit a maintenance request through the Resident Link on our website.
Your maintenance request will be completed in 24-48 hours.
